Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Time
- Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (CST) - Central Standard Time (Monday – Saturday).
- Handling Time: 1 – 2 business days (Monday – Saturday).
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM (CST) on Saturday or on Sunday will be processed on the following business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship to all addresses within the contiguous United States.

Total Estimated Delivery Time = Handling Time (1-2 days) + Transit Time (5-8 days) = 6 - 10 business days.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly through our website at Track My Order or via the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

5. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at hello@winterglowhome.store with your order number and photos of the damaged item/packaging. We will promptly process a replacement or full refund.
