Refund policy

1. Return Window We want you to be completely delighted with your purchase from Winter Glow Home.

  • You have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Shipping Fee

  • Free Return Shipping: We provide free return shipping for all eligible items. We will issue a prepaid shipping label via email once your return request is approved.

3. Restocking Fee

  • No Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees (0%) on returned items.

4. Order Cancellation (Hủy đơn hàng)

  • Cancellation Window: You can request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been fulfilled or shipped.
  • If 24 hours have passed or your order has already been processed, please follow our standard return process after receiving the package.

5. Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

  • Items designated or marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase are non-returnable and cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • Personalized or custom-made items (if applicable) are also excluded from standard returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

6. Refund Process

  1. Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our location, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received the package.
  2. Approval & Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
  3. Shipping Costs: Since we offer free return shipping, the full purchase price of the returned item will be refunded to your account.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at hello@winterglowhome.store with photos of the damaged item/packaging. We will quickly send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
